To specify whether other institutions can issue items belonging to your institution:

1. From the Module Menu select Maintenance, Circulation and then General Parameters.
2. Set Allow issue at other institutions.
   • No.
   • Yes, create loan transaction in item's institution.
   • Yes, create loan transaction in issue location's institution.
3. Click Save or Save & Close.

Null means the same as No.
