To specify whether the lost and lost processing charges are refunded when a deactivated item is reactivated:

1. From the Module Menu select Maintenance, Circulation and then General Parameters.
2. Set Refund lost charge when item reactivated and Refund lost processing charge when item reactivated to Yes or No.
3. Click Save or Save & Close.

Null means the same as No.
