Copy a load control

You can also add a new load control by copying an existing one. The new load control will then automatically have the same parameters. To copy a load control:

1. From the Module Menu select Cataloguing, MARC and then Load Control Maintenance.
2. Select the load control you want and then click Copy.
3. Specify the new ID, select the record Type (bibliographic, authority or community information) and click OK.
4. Select the load type, set up the parameters and then click OK.
5. Click Save or Save & Close.

Edit a load control

To edit an existing load control:

1. From the Module Menu select Cataloguing, MARC and then Load Control Maintenance.
2. Select the load control you want from the list and then click Edit.
3. Set up the parameters and then click OK.
4. Click Save or Save & Close.

Delete a load control

 To delete a load control:

1. From the Module Menu select Cataloguing, MARC and then Load Control Maintenance.
2. Select the load control you want from the list and then click Delete.
3. Click Yes at the confirmation prompt.
4. Click Save or Save & Close. The load control is only deleted when you save your changes.
