Address and contact for location

To specify the address, telephone number, email address and URL address for a location:

From the Module Menu select Maintenance, Circulation and then Locations.
Select the location you want from the list.
On the Address and Contact tab, specify the details you want.

Spydus will automatically supply the Internet protocol, so don’t include it in the Email address or the URL. For example, enter library@civica.com.au rather than mailto:library@civica.com.au, and www.civica.com.au rather than http://www.civica.com.au.

You can see these details if we do a web enquiry on the location. You can click the Email address link to send an email to the location, or click the Web address link to display the library’s Web page.

You can use the Image URL to specify the path to an image of the library that you want to display.

Click Save or Save & Close.
