Staff General Parameters

Prior to Spydus 10.6, some commissioning is required to be performed by Civica staff in order to enable Staff General Parameters. Please contact the Civica Service Desk to perform this commissioning.

General parameters
Login parameters	These parameters control how and for how long a Spydus user account will remain locked if consecutive incorrect password attempts are entered.
User parameters	The parameters control staff user password expiry.
