General parameters

The below are General parameters for Spydus staff users.

Enable 2FA for Maintenance module

Setting this parameter to Yes will trigger 2FA when saving any changes made in the Maintenance module.

If this parameter is set to Yes, and a user does not have 2FA enabled and configured, that user will be unable to make any changes to the Maintenance module.

Hide lock screen option

This feature requires server version 10.9 or higher.

Setting this parameter to Yes will suppress the Lock Screen option from the user menu.

This parameter is intended for use with staff users accessing Spydus via single sign-on, as when using SSO the locked screen may only be unlocked with Spydus 2FA, not by SSO credential validation or by the 2FA associated with the SSO service.
