If you're using a Web Service to subscribe and unsubscribe borrowers to/from a newsletter then specify the URL in the Circulation general parameters. Spydus makes an http call to this nominated URL and sends data in the body of the email rather than just passing the email address.

1. From the Module Menu select Maintenance, Circulation and then General Parameters.
2. Enter the URL in the Newsletter subscription service URL.
3. Press Tab or click anywhere on the screen to enable the Save options.
4. Click Save or Save & Close.

If you don't specify the URL here then we'll use the Cc address for newsletter subscription in the location parameters.
