To specify the maximum number of attempts a borrower can have to successfully login to OPAC:

1. From the Module Menu select Maintenance, Circulation and then General Parameters.
2. Enter a number in the Maximum login attempts. Null means an unlimited number of attempts.
3. Press Tab or click anywhere on the screen to enable the Save options.
4. Click Save or Save & Close.

If the Maximum login attempts is reached, the OPAC access violation Borrower Trap will be applied (trap code E).
