Use this report to show the number of incoming requests from other libraries and outgoing requests from your library.

To generate the report:

1. From the Module Menu select Reports, Requests and then ILL Summary.
2. Set a From date and To date.

If you wish you can select how the results are to be grouped.

If you wish you can choose to report on specific borrower categories.

3. Click Preview.

In this example we've grouped the results by borrower category.

Incoming requests from external libraries

Shows the number of reservations from external libraries (i.e. from borrowers who are registered as lenders).

Incoming filled by this library

Shows the number of loans to external libraries (i.e. to borrowers who are registered as lenders).

Outgoing requests to external library

Shows the number of ILL requests that have or had the status "Requested".

Outgoing filled by external libraries

Shows the number of ILL requests that were received.
