Notice type. The default is all types, but you can choose whether to transmit only a particular type of notice, for example, just overdue notices or reservation available notices. You can select multiple types.
Notice level. The default is all levels, but you can choose to transmit only a particular level of notice, for example, just second level notices. You can select multiple levels.
Printed/Sent. Select Not yet printed or sent to transmit only notices that have not yet been transmitted, or Already printed or sent if you want to transmit only notices that have already been transmitted. Select Both to send both.
Notice created date. You can specify a start date to transmit the notices created on this date or later and/or an end date to transmit the notices created on this date or earlier.
Batch ID. The notice delivery document has a batch ID. You can enter this ID here to retransmit all the documents in the batch. You’ll see the batch ID if you look at the Notice Delivery Document in Enquiry.
Boolean query. You can enter a Boolean query to select the notice(s) you want to transmit.
Send email notices. Select this option if you want email notices to be sent.
Send SMS notices. Select this option if you want SMS notices to be sent.
Send telephone notices. Select this option if you want telephone notices to be sent.
Group notices by borrower home location. Select this option to group the notices alphabetically by the borrower’s home location.
The notices to be transmitted by email or SMS are automatically transmitted when you click Start. You don't need to do anything else.
When you click Start this creates a file called letters.txt with details of the borrowers who are to be contacted by telephone.
The notices to be printed and mailed are created as pdf documents in the Server output directory. You can get to that directory by clicking the Browse Output button.
