Contact details for a vendor

The minimum information you must specify on the Contacts tab is Street 1 or one of the Contact details fields.

Contact type

Select the type of contact from the dropdown list.

The "Claims" contact is used for claims and reminders. If you don’t specify a "Claims" contact then the "Business" contact will be used for claims and reminders.
The "Orders" contact is used for POs. If you don’t specify an "Orders" contact then the "Business" contact will be used for POs.
The "Sales" and "Accounts" contacts are for reference only.

Name and Job title

The name and job title of each contact.

Specify the address details for each contact.

Specify the contact details for contact. Spydus will automatically supply the Internet protocol so don’t include it in the e-mail address or web address, for example, enter library@civica.com.au rather than mailto:library@civica.com.au and www.civica.com.au rather than http://www.civica.com.
