Clicking browser back button in ERM module returns user to ERM home page

Previously, when navigating some areas of the ERM module (e.g. the Digital Assets interface), using the browser's back button would sometimes return a user to a different module unexpectedly. Now, using the browser's back button will return the user to the ERM home page.
