If a lost item is returned, you’ll be prompted whether you want to cancel or refund the lost charges. To specify whether the cancel/refund lost book charges check boxes are selected by default:

1. From the Module Menu select Maintenance, Circulation and then General Parameters.
2. Set Refund lost charge by default to the option you want.       
   • Cancel and refund are not selected.
   • Cancel and refund are selected.
   • Cancel is selected, refund is not selected.
3. Click Save or Save & Close.

Null means the same as No.
