If a lost item is returned, you’ll be prompted whether you want to cancel the lost charges. To specify whether cancelling will waive or remove the lost charge:
No | The lost item and lost item processing charges are waived, i.e. you'll still be able to see the charge records. |
Yes | The lost item and lost item processing charges are removed, i.e. the charge records are deleted. |
Null means the same as No. |
