Send notices to guarantor

Select the checkbox to the left of a parameter to inherit the setting from the default borrower category. Clear this checkbox if you want to change the setting for the selected borrower category. You can also click Inherit All and Inherit None to inherit or disinherit the settings for all parameters.

To specify whether circulation notices are to be sent to the guarantor rather than the borrower:

From the Module Menu select Maintenance, Circulation and then Borrower Categories.
Select the category you want from the list.
On the Notice Settings tab, set Send notices to guarantor.
- All means that we'll send notices for all borrowers to the guarantor even if Guarantor's address in not selected in their registration details.
- No means that we won't send notices to the guarantor.
- Yes means that we'll only send notices to the guarantor if the borrower has Guarantor’s address selected in their registration details, e.g. you might set Mail address to use or Email … Use to "Guarantor’s address".
Click Save or Save & Close.

Null means the same as No.
