    Add, edit or delete order templates

    Rather than filling in all the details manually every time you create an order, you can set up the details in an order template and then create an order based on this template. You can have any number of order templates.

    To add a new order template:

    1. From the Module Menu select Maintenance, Acquisitions and then Order Templates.
    2. Click New.
    3. Select the Order type, and specify the new ID and Description.
    4. Fill in as much details as required.
    5. Click Save or Save & Close.

    To edit an order template:

    1. From the Module Menu select Maintenance, Acquisitions and then Order Templates.
    2. Select the template you want from the list.
    3. Make your changes.
    4. Click Save or Save & Close.

    To delete an order template:

    1. From the Module Menu select Maintenance, Acquisitions and then Order Templates.
    2. Select the template you want from the list.
    3. Click Delete, and then click Yes at the confirmation prompt.
    4. Click Save or Save & Close. The template is only deleted when you save your changes.
