What happens if I reactivate an item that was previously weeded?

The active link between the item and the Weeding list will be removed. The Weeding List will now link to a Previously included item, and the item will now link to a Previous Weeding List.

Why can't I change the Weeding List Profile linked to a list?

Once a Weeding list has items linked to it, the profile cannot be changed.

Why can't I see the Request Approval button?

If there is no Weeding List Approval Group created, the Request Approval button will not be displayed. Once the Weeding List Approval Group has been created, it must be added to at least one user profile.
