Use this report to show a summary of events in a specified period.
To generate the report:
- From the Module Menu select Reports, Events, Event then Event List.
- Set a From date and To date.
If you wish you can select how the results are to be grouped.
If you wish you can choose to report on specific categories and/or specific statuses and/or specific audiences.
- Click Preview.
- You can click the title of the event to show the session list for the event and you can click the registration count to show the registration list for the event. If the registrations are at the session-level rather than the event-level you'll see "N/A" in the Reg. count column.
In this example we haven't grouped the results.
If the Location field is not defined in the Event or Session, but the Location note field is, the Location note field will be returned in the Location field of the report.
