This feature requires server version 10.8 or higher.

This parameter designates that the selected Borrower Category may be used as the category for Book Club Transaction Accounts. If a library is using the Book Groups feature, at least one Borrower Category must have the Book group category parameter set to Yes. 

Setting this parameter to Yes will also add the category to the BGC lookup table.

To set the Book group category parameter: 

1. Navigate to Maintenance >Circulation > Borrower Categories.
2. Select the required category from the list.
3. In the General section of the Details tab, set Book group category to Yes or No.
4. Click Save or Save & Close.

Null means the same as No.
