When you try to find titles that match the borrower’s profiles, the search is restricted according to certain criteria. For example, the title must have an item that’s accessioned and available. Excluded from the search are:

• Titles that are in the borrower’s loan history or that are currently on loan to the borrower.
• Titles with reservations.
• Titles with issues, i.e. serials.
• Items on loan.
• Items with a status that blocks profile matching.
• Items in a collection that doesn’t allow profile matching.
• Items at a location that doesn’t allow profile matching.
