This feature requires server version 10.8 or higher.

The Book group kit parameter determines whether the selected Collection will appear in the HBG lookup table, and ensure that items & sets from the collection may only be borrowed by Book Club Transaction Account borrowers if there is a booking for the kit.

To specify whether or not this collection is a Book group kit collection:

1. Navigate to Maintenance > Circulation > Collections.
2. Select the collection you want from the list.
3. On the General tab, set Book group kit to Yes or No.
4. On the Filters tab, set the same Catalogue Filter as is applied in the Book group kit search settings.
   • If the Catalogue Filter is missing or does not match the filter in the search settings, kits from this collection will not appear in OPAC searches.
     
5. Click Save or Save & Close. 

Null means the same as No.
